I visited my parents for their birthday. It’s a good day, so I tried to move on, saying let’s finish happily, but I don’t think this is right, so I leave a review.
When the third appetizer chicken dish came out during the dinner course meal, I sensed the weirdness by slicing it and asked the server to check it because it seems undercooked. The server took the food and showed it to the person believed to be the general chef, but he didn’t look closely and sent it back saying it was cooked. The hall manager came and said it was cooked and that there was no problem because we checked the internal temperature with a probe thermometer and prepared it for you. As a person who works in the same industry, all the efforts were ridiculous. The chef who did not check carefully and the manager’s response without considering the customer’s inconvenience was unprofessional. It was a good day, and it was quite disappointing.
It’s a new interpretation of familiar ingredients, so it’s fun to eat! The boyfriend I went with felt like he had a strong liver and I liked it deliciously. Green tea and lime drinks that keep your mouth clean in the middle are attractive! At first, I was embarrassed because it was small, but it was delicious when I ate it in one bite. The main dish was delicious because the meat was soft without any smell. I also became curious about the menus that change according to the season.

I visited Conpierre, which is famous for Seoul Fine Dining 🙂 It would be great to visit on anniversaries or special days with a sophisticated atmosphere! It comes out as a course meal using seasonal food and the composition for the price is so good 🙂 It was a really satisfying meal. ❤️
Visit after booking to treat friends to a meal
The menu changes from season to season, so it’s fun to visit every season.
As I eat dinner, I get full, so I always leave the main dish, and the lunch is perfect.
Parking is the worst during lunchtime on weekdays.
I tried to make a valet, but I was rejected because I said I had to book a valet, so please refer to it.
It’s a place I want to come every season.
