Her extensive career has been built on fostering growth in remarkable companies, most recently as the CEO of Barstool Sports. Erika has successfully led large content teams, developed talent into influential personalities, and built thriving communities that inspire millions of followers.
But there's more to Erika than her impressive resume. Did you know she’s also an avid ice hockey and field hockey player? During the pandemic, she encouraged thousands of women to run 2+ miles a day, becoming a true beacon of motivation and vitality.
