I ordered Pyongyang Mulnaengmyeon and Pork Gomtang, which are made of 100% buckwheat noodles. I don’t know the taste of Pyongyang naengmyeon, but when I took a bite of naengmyeon, I liked it because the taste and aroma of buckwheat were conveyed intact. The soup of pork gomtang was really clean and good. The meat was also sliced thin and there was a lot, but it was good without any smell. He explained that he would wrap the seasoned red pepper paste and chives side dishes with the meat in Gomtang and try them together, and it wasn’t my first taste, but it was quite harmonious. Tofu was a big part of the dumpling, and it tasted so good that I wanted to eat it again with the savory taste and soft texture of tofu. It’s far away, but if I have a chance next time, I’d like to try other menus.

The broth of naengmyeon has a soft meat scent. The noodles are fine, but it’s elastic, so there’s no leftover after eating. The amount of noodles looks small when it comes out, but it’s quite a lot if you solve it.
