I ate tiger hot pot because I heard that beef tripe hot pot was not available, but there was no odor at all, and daechang was melted into the soup, so the daechang was soft and the soup was thick and deep.
I could’ve put in the ramen while eating, but I only had 2 risotto! I recommend risotto. It was an unimaginable combination, but it went so well with the soup. I was worried that it would be greasy because of the cheese, but it’s really perfect! It’s seasoned

I enjoyed the daechang hot pot. It’s perfect for a side dish. I don’t think the cost-effectiveness is good because the amount of daechang is small. I was looking forward to it because there was a blue ribbon, but I don’t think I’ll be waiting for an hour. If you don’t have a long wait, you can go there often, but up to an hour… I recommend you go there at least once!
