It is a satisfying restaurant with food, serving, and restaurant atmosphere as it will be selected for the 2025 Michelin Guide Seoul. Everything was the best, including a fish tray that matched mushrooms, vegetables, and tender beef so well with a thick broth, a generous plate of pork recommended by the staff, Pyongyang naengmyeon, which is harmonized with the richness of buckwheat and the lukewarm broth, and pork soup that filled my parents’ finish. In addition, as soon as they requested, they generously refilled the vegetables and broth on the fish tray, and even the female owner who gave me a kind smile every time I ordered… You created a reason to visit often in the future. The reasonable price and clean and antique atmosphere are a bonus, so I highly recommend it if you come to Songpa.
I ordered Pyongyang Mulnaengmyeon and Pork Gomtang, which are made of 100% buckwheat noodles. I don’t know the taste of Pyongyang naengmyeon, but when I took a bite of naengmyeon, I liked it because the taste and aroma of buckwheat were conveyed intact. The soup of pork gomtang was really clean and good. The meat was also sliced thin and there was a lot, but it was good without any smell. He explained that he would wrap the seasoned red pepper paste and chives side dishes with the meat in Gomtang and try them together, and it wasn’t my first taste, but it was quite harmonious. Tofu was a big part of the dumpling, and it tasted so good that I wanted to eat it again with the savory taste and soft texture of tofu. It’s far away, but if I have a chance next time, I’d like to try other menus.
