The savory and clean taste of aged pork sashimi bibimbap was attractive. I ate dinner alone at the yukhoe sister’s house. It was very crowded around 7:30, but there was no waiting, and there were many tables for two, so it was perfect to eat alone.

Order seasoned spicy pork belly bibimbap. The beef radish soup you brought me right away is a little spicy, so it tastes perfect to drink soju. Bibimbap contains aged kimchi, beef sashimi, perilla leaves, and seaweed, and the scent of small things spreads wildly. Even though I rub it, it’s shiny because of the perilla oil lol

A bite. The combination of savory perilla oil, sweet and soft raw beef, and sour aged kimchi is the best. The presence of perilla leaves is also rising more than you think. It can’t be bad because you only collect delicious ingredients. I ate a bowl with beer.

I think the price of raw beef at Gwangjang Market is 21,000 won for all houses. I visited with a full stomach, ordered a plate of raw beef, and ate it with makgeolli (4,000). It rotates so fast that it’s very fresh and there’s a pear under the raw beef. The basic beef radish soup is a little spicy. If I go hungry, I don’t think a plate of raw beef will be enough
A place that was still delicious. I recommend the combination of yukhoe and makgeolli.
