I’m getting married in a hurry this year, so I try to spend a lot of time with my parents whenever possible.
I had something to do in Seoul, so I came to visit with my mom from Jeonju.
I’m digging, tooIt’s my first time in the inning, so I actually didn’t have high expectations when I booked it.. I thought I was buying experience. And I’m going to go to SeoulI don’t have much confidence in the innings..LOL
But my mom likes it so much, and I was amazed every time I tasted each dish.
It was amazing to feel the time and sincerity of the food to blend each ingredient.
It’s my first time going to a place like this, so I’m differentI can’t tell you how it is compared to the innings, but I think it’s because I just remembered it was delicious and good.
It is a place where a variety of foods are prepared by mixing fine dining with a spoon of orientality. I also added a wine pairing (4 cups), and it was nice to get 3 wines and 1 beer properly. I like the word gastronomy is experience, but it’s good because it feels like I’ve had a new experience. The amusebush was very unique and fresh, so it raised my appetite, and personally, the fish and abalone dishes were delicious. However, it was a little disappointing that pork was served even at this price. I sat in the room, and it was nice to eat slowly at our speed.

It feels like I’ve experienced art! Not only the taste, but also the variety of ingredients, kind chefs, relaxed space and course time.. Everything was good.
Since I’m an open kitchen, I could see and feel how much effort I put into each dish. I was touched by the way the chefs worked so hardHaha
It was a little disappointing that the fish, abalone, and steak in the back felt a little bland, maybe because there were strong dishes in front of me. But even now, I want to eat all the menus again.. Galbi stone, sweet shrimp, and chodang corn soup were especially delicious!
All the chefs were impressive and kind, making it a happier memory. A place I really want to visit again with a good person on a good day. I’m going to revisit. 😃😃
