It’s been a while since I had tuna, so I made a reservation for dinner and visited 🙂 I was thinking about what to order for the menu and decided to “recommend the chief.” ^^ It came out like a course menu, and at first, “Ginger, pickled radish, rakkyo, white kimchi, radish sun, smono, black sesame porridge, and miso soybean paste soup” came out! Smono (octopus, squid, sora, and tote) is sour, so the seafood of octopus, squid, sora, and tote had a good chewy texture and crunchy texture, and in addition, “Fried tuna stew, braised tuna radish, shrimp paste, roasted garlic.” Among them, fried tuna stew was light on the outside and soft and sweet and delicious. The main menu is tuna! Fresh tuna is generally soft and savory and oily, so it melts gently! The tuna can be refilled. The suki dashi came out really well and the tuna quality was so good😊👏🏻 It’s all melted in my mouth.. The staff and the president explained it very kindly, so it was a pleasant dinner..It was so nice to have a private meal because it was made up of rooms. 💙 Best
