I visited Cheongnyangni Gyeongbuk hand-kalguksu. I ordered soybean noodles, kalguksu, and water parsley pancakes. The kind boss also tells you how to eat without fail. It’s savory, cool, and delicious when you roll thick hand-kalguksu noodles in white bean soup and stir-fry it. The bean soup is not too thick, so you can enjoy it coolly. It’s Gyeongsang-style broth kalguksu, so it’s a kalguksu with seasoned red-pepper sauce. There is no seasoning. After feeling the pure taste of vegetable broth with chopsticks, add seasoned red pepper paste and take the next bite, it transforms into Macbop Salty Kalguksu. The soybean flour noodle soup was a crunchy texture like high-quality buckwheat noodles, so I enjoyed my mouth. Minajeon was very spicy to see if she used enough peppers. I had a satisfying meal!
