It’s a restaurant specializing in bluefin tuna, so it’s served only with bluefin tuna, which has good parts, defrosting conditions, and delicious tuna, and it’s really satisfying to have fried eggs as a course. It’s a good restaurant that comes to mind when I crave tuna. I want to go there again
