Truffle pasta has a deep taste. Spinach Nocchi is the best!!! It melts in the taste of Margherita pizza cheese and strongly recommends it ♡

The raw truffle pasta noodles are cooked well, and the raw truffle and oil sauce are so delicious.. I ate it all without any greasy taste! I ate spinach nokki because it tasted a bit like mugwort rice cake and the cream was just right for seasoning.. Beef carpaccio was also a small amount, but it went perfectly with wine.
