Jokbal seasoning has a sweet base and the meat is soft. It wasn’t just spicy, but it was good. Kimchi is crisp and cool, but it has a good sweetness, so it went well with pig’s feet and boiled pork. White kimchi was also crunchy and cool, so it went well with Maejok. I ate the service fish cake soup by Naver reservation, and I also liked the clean sweetness that is not salty or sweet and has a good balance. It was my first visit to the pig’s feet night market, but I’m thinking of going to another branch because of the Sangam branch.
