Empire Hotel.. Wan Chai Luxury!

My recent trip to Hong Kong included a stay at the Empire Hotel in Wan Chai, and I was thoroughly impressed. Its location, a stone’s throw from the Wan Chai MTR station, made exploring the city incredibly easy. The Central Business District, the Convention and Exhibition Centre, and countless shopping destinations were all within comfortable walking distance.

The hotel itself is a gem. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, a welcome change from some of the smaller accommodations I’ve encountered in Hong Kong. High-speed internet and flat-screen TVs were definite bonuses, and many rooms boast breathtaking city or harbor views.

I indulged in a delightful afternoon tea in the lobby lounge, a truly relaxing experience. Café 33 on Hennessy, on the first floor, offers a tempting selection of international cuisine, which I sampled during my stay. The rooftop pool (though I didn’t have time to use it on this trip) and the club lounge are additional amenities for those seeking extra luxury.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Given its prime location, luxurious amenities, and outstanding service, the Empire Hotel offers exceptional value. Planning a trip to Hong Kong?

I wholeheartedly recommend the Empire Hotel; you won’t regret it. Learn more and book your stay here!

South Nest.. Aberdeen Oasis..

My Hong Kong trip took a delightful turn when I discovered South Nest, a unique blend of co-living and hotel nestled near Aberdeen Harbour. It’s a refreshing alternative to typical city hotels, prioritizing well-being and community.

South Nest

The location offers a captivating look at local life, close to the Aberdeen Ferry Pier and Wholesale Fish Market. Public transport makes reaching Admiralty and Causeway Bay easy.

Rooms are clean and modern, reflecting the hotel’s minimalist design. Communal spaces foster a sense of connection.

Note that check-in is after 3 PM, and elevators can be busy at peak times. However, the unique atmosphere and access to a different side of Hong Kong make this a worthwhile stay.

If you seek a tranquil escape with easy access to attractions, South Nest is highly recommended.
