I’m Ulchi Sujebi, a famous restaurant for Jeon Hyunmoo❤️
I came a few days ago on a Sunday and it was a shame that the door closed, but I tried it on a weekday, arrived at around 12:30 p.m., and fortunately, I sat right down and soon the waiting started.
Sujebi (9.0) A generous portion of sujebi (9.0) with a slight smell of pepper powder appears. Wow! The taste of the soup is amazing! 👍👍👍
I also liked the amazing umami with a very slight msg added to the anchovy seafood stock, and a few oysters and small prawns^^
However, the thickness of the sujebi was actually thick, but there were many layers, so it was thicker lol
It’s the best soup I’ve ever had! The best thickness!
Among kalguksu and hand sujebi, there’s definitely one hand sujebi, but the thickness is burdensome, so I’ll have kalguksu next time Haha
Please note that we are off on weekends and holidays, and kalguksu is available from 12:30 p.m.~!
