It’s very delicious
I first encountered Puchon Yukhoe about two years ago and it was so delicious that I posted a review… In the meantime, the taste is still there, but the system has changed a lot.
It seems good that you can get a notification on your phone after registering for waiting without waiting on the spot. You don’t have to wait for a long time on the spot.
But if you want to eat in the store, you have to eat one menu per person. Since when has 21,000 won raw beef been a one-person menu? The two of us went in only to eat raw beef, but we were embarrassed because they said we had to order two. It wasn’t like that before, but it seems to have changed. I ordered an additional yukhoe bibimbap, which I didn’t have to order. There must be quite a few people like me who go in without knowing and get flustered.
But raw beef is delicious as always. I’ll take it out next time 🥲
It’s delicious
Gwangjang Market Boochon Yukhoe Raw Fish Soup~
If you mix it with raw beef and vegetables and eat it with thin ice broth
It’s so delicious
Except for the disadvantage of not having a car, it’s good~~
During my trip to Seoul, I went to Gwangjang Market
There are a lot of yukhoe restaurants. Go aroundgo
I didn’t know it was a Michelin restaurant
You made a good choice
It didn’t taste too strong. It was fresh and delicious
I think the cost-effectiveness is good.
However, I think it’s a little disappointing for someone who pursues gastronomy.
The raw beef was swept finely without being tough, but it was difficult to feel the original taste of raw beef due to the strong seasoning.
Yuksashimi was also a huge cost-effectiveness, but it was a shame. It was good that most of the meat was swept away well to avoid tendons, but it was hard to see the elasticity of the meat.
I think I can recommend it to those who want to eat it simply for cost-effectiveness, but I don’t recommend it to those who are looking for true raw meat.
It’s just a celebrity… It’s never enough to deliberately go and wait and eat. Compared to a house that’s good in the neighborhood… Beef tartare, it’s so finely chopped that you can’t feel the texture. The menu mixed with raw beef and fish does not match at all due to the texture…unrecommended.
