I visited a restaurant near Gwanghwamun Station that is said to have pork soup with clear soup. It’s definitely a famous restaurant, so it’s crowded on weekends and evenings. Customers who eat alone will be guided first to a single seat regardless of the atmosphere. There are a variety of menus such as pork rice soup, plain cold, boiled pork, sundae, braised short ribs, steamed suji, and flounder dishes, but since it’s my first time here, I’ll order rice soup first. After ordering, food comes out at a fast pace, soup with lean meat and rice are served separately as clear soup, and side dishes include kkakdugi, squid salted fish, and green onion kimchi. The soup is slightly seasoned with salt, and when you take a bite, you can taste the unique pig taste well. It is informed that it is better to season only with salted shrimp, so it was very good as a drinking snack and a hangover because I added a little salted shrimp and rolled rice together and ate a piece of radish kimchi.
