I really wanted to come to see a black and white chef, but I failed to make a regular reservation and barely made a reservation for a group room! πŸ˜ƒ It was as delicious as I expected. I think the timing was good. Chef Lim Tae-hoon came to the room to say hello and took pictures. LOL ✌

It’s a shame that I can’t eat Dongpae meat, but I ate Palbochae Jjamppong Mapa Tofu Rice with a full stomach. LOL!! The jjamppong soup is thick and the noodles are seasoned. It’s no joke ❣ The ️ palbochae was really delicious, and the bokchoy in it was delicious πŸ’š

The sweet and sour sauce was normal, but the fried meat was amazing… It was totally even. It was crispy on the outside but thick and moist on the inside, and the jjamppong was as delicious as it could be The seafood was so fresh, and it was definitely jjamppong, but it wasn’t greasy and it was light…? It was a restaurant where I went to see a black and white chef, so I didn’t expect much about the taste. Wow.. Iron Bag Chef, why aren’t you number one in black and white!! You’re the number one in my heart😭❀️

I thought I wouldn’t be able to taste Dong-pae-yuk because waiting was at the end, but it was good to try it!!
As a person who likes to visit restaurants, I liked Doryang’s waiting method because there would be little damage to nearby merchants and there would be no complaints from customers!

I went at 6 o’clock, waited, and ate it.I was so disappointed maybe because of the high expectations or maybe because the chef wasn’t there.. Seasoned. Overall, it was boring and the tempura was soggy.
Dongpae meat was dry and bokchoy was delicious. The fried fish was the most delicious, and in addition to the picture, the Palbo Rice Tray Black Bean Noodles had a lot of seafood and were fresh but normal and boring. There are flavors that I look forward to while eating out
