Shari (rice) went to a really delicious cultural village sushi restaurant. Each grain of rice has the taste of being chewed, but unlike other places, it is full of moisture and has a strong rice seasoning (chojeolim). The most popular menu is the cheap door (120,000 won). We had a flower set (170,000 won).
The basic udon you give me when you visit is amazing. The soup was full of umami and the noodles were elastic. I guess I was lucky on this day, but the green onions in the udon were heart-shaped.
The neta (fish sashimi) of sushi is also fresh and mature, so it is quite delicious. In particular, Engawa (fisherman’s fin) was the best. It’s a sushi restaurant that I often go to whenever I think of sushi
