Maybe because it was April, I was able to enter right away without waiting even during Saturday evening. Rather than steamed oysters, we started with clams and oysters that can be enjoyed by many people as the main menu, and we shook off various kinds of scallops, oyster pancakes, and live octopus!
I’m a person with a really low level of oysters, so I tasted the menu itself called steamed oysters for the first time, and I understand why oysters are called the milk of the sea. Fresh and chubby oysters were really soft, sweet and savory. From scallops to mussels, lilies and conchs, well-ripe clams are the best. 🥺
