It’s delicious. I had basic pork cutlet (relief + sirloin).
You can order a kiosk and eat as many side dishes as you want. You have to set it yourself before the pork cutlet comes out. The tenderloin was soft and the sirloin had a chewy texture, so it felt savory. The batter was crispy and blended well with the meat. The sauce was unique because the pork cutlet sauce tasted like tomato sauce without being strong. It comes out like hard Western food, but the meat is thicker and the fries are crispy. (Unfortunately, the batter is crispy, but the sauce comes out. The late cut part is mushy because the sauce eats up all the fried clothes. Frying clothes are separated and difficult to cut. If I knew it would be swollen a lot, I think I would have cut it and poured it after requesting it separately…😇 Please add sauce to the kiosk.) Overall, I liked the food because it was light and not strong. 👍
