I visited the place because I liked the review and the expectation that I could eat yuksashimi and aged sashimi at once. The owner was kind and the store was clean and good, but the food felt plain. The problem is that they gave me sesame oil that I dip in beef sashimi, but the oil smells amazing. There’s a place where you go to a restaurant and give sesame oil or perilla oil, and you give them such a nice smelling oil while trying to save money on oil, but you have to think again. The taste of the whole food carefully prepared with this one small sauce is undervalued. I don’t think I’m going to revisit.
