- “The beds are comfortable, and the room is clean, providing a pleasant stay. The staff provides friendly and accommodating service. Guests appreciate the satisfying breakfast buffet.
Rooms are consistently clean and updated.”
- “Traveled with son to look at a college nearby. Nice well-run hotel.”
- “The facility was just okay, especially for a Hilton. Upon entering, it appeared very average.
The room was large and clean. Breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that there was no waffle machine.
The scrambled eggs tasted rather strange and I couldn’t eat them. I ended up with the potatoes and an English muffin and some fruit (not your $16 breakfast that’s for sure.) Employees were quite friendly.”
- “Very good”
- “The hotel was really nice and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.”
- “Every time I stay here, I always have a good stay. Rooms always smell fresh and clean, property is well kept.
Stayed 4 days and enjoyed the peace so much. Staff is always pleasant. Good experience.”
Residence Inn Philadelphia Montgomeryville
Reviews for the Residence Inn Philadelphia Montgomeryville are more mixed.
While its convenient location and friendly staff receive praise, several guests reported concerns regarding cleanliness and room maintenance. The complimentary breakfast is generally well-regarded. However, negative experiences highlight the importance of reviewing all feedback prior to booking.

- “The location is convenient with nearby stores and dining options. Guests appreciate the friendly service and comfortable, spacious suites with clean rooms and nice seating areas, suitable for solo travelers.”
- “The location was wonderful! The breakfast and staff were great.”
- “The first room we were checked into, the toilet was filthy.
We were moved to a new room and the TV in the bedroom did not work and the toilet ran so you had to jiggle the handle every time. The hand-held shower had to be held otherwise the head was pointed to the side and could not be adjusted while most of the water came out the picket anyway. Will never return there.”
- “One window pane had broken glass.
Not a major problem. Just wanted to be helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.”
- “Average Experience.
Not Wonderful. Not Terrible. Average experience.
The exterior of the hotel looks presentable. The hotel room is outdated and hasn’t been remodeled to reflect the upscale Marriott brand. Housekeeping is subpar.
Floors, furniture, and walls had visible stains. Carpet underneath sofa and bed were filthy. Chairs had stains and residue on them.
Unadvertised nightly parking fee of $10 — the front desk doesn’t inform you about this until you’ve checked in. They did not have this fee a year ago — when parking was free — and it is not mentioned in the description for the hotel amenities. Complimentary breakfast is fine.
Will likely stay at the Marriott Courtyard further up Route 309 — looks more modern and representative of the Marriott brand.”
- “Coffee time extremely limited. Service lacking. Our guest was charged $60 for incidentals for three people after the staff was instructed not to charge her and to use my wife’s card.
Then I presented my card and the hold on our guest’s card was to be released upon checkout but it has still been charged. The hotel has been unable/unwilling to correct this matter.”
Executive Residency by Philadelphia-Willow Grove
The Executive Residency by Philadelphia-Willow Grove receives a blend of positive and negative comments. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchens and modern rooms, especially for longer stays.
Its peaceful location and convenient access to amenities are also frequently mentioned. However, some reviews note cleanliness issues in common areas. A thorough review of all feedback is recommended before making a reservation.

- “Situated in a peaceful area near restaurants and a business center, the accommodation provides fully equipped kitchens, modern rooms, and pleasant amenities. Easy access to various facilities enhances the stay.”
- “My stay is amazing. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very warm welcoming!!
Loved my stay staff was always willing to help when needed! Thank you for the stay will be returning!”
- “The front desk woman was extremely nice and very helpful, the queen suite with a bedroom was really nice. Like a small apartment, very surprised still how big it was.
It did need a good wipe down, some sticky stuff on counters and dressers but other than that I REALLY liked the place and front desk people. Definitely will be returning there soon.”
- “Power trip”
- “Room clean but all the common areas inside are very dirty with garbage bags in the hall area by elevators for over 24 hrs leaking everywhere. Odd place seemed like permanent residence for some people.
Would not stay again. Seemed sketchy”
- “The stay was comfortable. The only 2 suggestions I have is, room service daily & fabric softener in the towels.”
