The texture is different from Yeongdong Jokbal and Ohyang Jokbal.
If Yeongdong, Ohhyang, and Seongsu Seoul’s 3rd Jokbal restaurants have a good scent, Pyeongan-do Jokbal and Hanmaum Wang Jokbal focus on saving the original meat scent of Jokbal.
