I made a reservation for my husband’s birthday and visit Seoul, and it was really delicious. The oysters were not fishy, the sashimi and sushi were all of high quality, fresh, and delicious without any fishy taste And Iberico meat went so well with Chamnamul that it was good to eat while eating sashimi. I made a mistake of missing the order, but I will still revisit it because of my kindness and taste 🙂
I was curious about Chef Jang Hojun’s Kuroda Manegi, so I visited! There are quite a few menus I ate, but foie gras and iimushi are so delicious.. foie gras and anago filling their mouths in one bite… I went to heaven for a while. I was curious about Kuroda Manegi, but the sauce was a savory, rusty and savory sauce that I’ve never tried before. Shrimp sando didn’t have anything special in person!
