Udon and buckwheat soup are weak. If it’s a concept, there’s nothing to say, but if you think of rich Katsuobushi soup, it’s not at all. The feeling is that I’m just all-in on sushi and I don’t really care about udon and buckwheat. The noodles are just like a product. If you picked it yourself, there’s nothing to say, but anyway, the texture is like that. I’m not happy with the two ladies who are crucially visiting.
