I visited the black and white restaurant, and it’s popular, so the waiting time is long, but the store is clean and delicious!
The staff are kind and I recommend Chives Shrimp Dim Sum!!
It’s a dim sum specialty restaurant by chef Jung Ji-sun, a black and white chef. It’s near my house, so I made a reservation at 10:30 and went at around 12:30, waited a bit, and then went in. Originally, I made a reservation for one person, so I was planning to eat only basil shomai and red beef rice, but luckily I was able to taste other dim sum.

Several people visited and ordered this and that to share, but I guess the expectations were too high. It was a little disappointing, but I enjoyed it.
The dim sum was definitely delicious. I ate steamed garlic shrimp, black dim island, leek shrimp dim island, truffle show mai, and basil show mai, all of which were delicious with different charms. Ganchu’s one pick is steamed garlic shrimp and black dim island. But everything was really good. I think dim sum products are more preferred than show mai types.
I ate fish-flavored mandarin orange and mara cream shrimp, which are not in the picture, but I’m sure they won’t order it again. Mara cream shrimp didn’t have a distinctive taste because it didn’t taste well even if it was mara cream. I just don’t think it’s cooked properly. It wasn’t the kind of soft eggplant I’ve eaten at home that is good at fried eggplants.
All the meals were not bad, but I recommend ordering tomato tangmyeon.

If you want to wait, the staff will register for the catch table before the opening It’s convenient to wait because there’s Starbucks next to it. What I felt after eating the tien set (50,000 won) was 1. Among the various dim islands, Chives Shrimp Dim Island is the best here. There was no flaw in the harmony of blood and cattle, texture, and juice. 2. And I liked the dish, the fish-flavored pork over rice, because it tasted good with fire and had a luxurious taste. 3. Guobaorou was normal, and the details of the fish-flavored meat were good, but the eggplant taste was disappointing. 4. Braised garlic shrimp was unique with seasoned glass noodles added at the bottom, and the dessert dim sum was also sweet and delicious. 5. The seasoned cucumbers tasted good with coriander, but it was too much to have just one coriander leafI’d like to. 5. For a well-known house, the set is cost-effective. I’m really full. 6. I have a strong liver. I think I’ll order several plates of dim sum rather than a set.

The two of us had a Tien set, and it was a lot and really delicious!! Especially, fish-flavored meatballs and steamed garlic shrimp 🤤🤤
